What this module does

  • One column for each stage

New, accepted, printing, finishing, ready, and delivered. You move the order and everyone knows where it stands.

  • Due date on every order

Delays are highlighted before the customer asks.

  • Payments on track

Amount and payment method recorded for each order. Anything not yet paid shows as pending.

  • Saved customers

Each customer's contact info, ID number, and address, ready for the next order.

How it works

In three steps.

01

The order comes in

Add the order directly or create it from the pricing calculator, with the price already calculated.

02

Track production

Drag the order across the columns as you print, finish, and pack it.

03

Deliver and get paid

Mark it delivered and record the payment.

The problem with tracking orders in a notebook

As volume grows, orders in your DMs, deadlines in a notebook and payments in your head turn into delays and unanswered customers. Worse: you lose track of who hasn't paid yet.

On the orders board, each order has the customer, items, due date and payment method in one place. One glance tells you what to print today and what's running late.

Made for people who print to order

A cake topper with a party date, keychains in bulk for an event, an urgent replacement part: every order has a different deadline. The columns show the production queue in the right order.

With several people on the team, everyone sees the same board and moves the orders they're handling.
